Shipping Restrictions

OXOMIO Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

All orders will ship FedEx, UPS or DHL.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


For orders under $500, International shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

For orders over $500, standard International shipping is complimentary.

Please be aware that shipping time varies by country, so please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Some destinations may require additional customs clearance and duty surcharges. We are not responsible for any additional charges or fees. We recommend checking your country's regulations on international orders before making a purchase.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY


We regret that we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any item. In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY


  1. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt.
  2. Once your request for a refund has been approved we will provide a return address. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by OXOMIO. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
  3. In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for OXOMIO to process any refund or exchange. If the purchase was made online, the order confirmation number must be provided; if the products were purchased from an authorized stockist, it is necessary to have the order number provided by the distributor where you made the purchase. Please email concierge@oxom.io in advance if you wish to return or exchange a product so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction.
  4. We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt. A refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
  5. Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, OXOMIO will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment. Please note that damage to outer packaging which does not affect the ability to use the product will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. In the event that you experience a reaction to a product, you have the option of exchanging it or receiving a refund. Please contact us at concierge@oxom.io if you experience any such issues.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Before returning the product, please refer to the Terms and Conditions and contact our Customer Care Team via email or via phone.

Please provide your name, home address, order number, details of the order, and, where available, your phone number and email address.

A return label will be provided to you via email. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to you through the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account, as processing times vary between payment providers.

CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. OXOMIO products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original OXOMIO box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents.
  2. OXOMIO will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
  3. Second purchases of the same product are not eligible for a satisfaction refund. However, if you receive a damaged product, you can return it to OXOMIO according to the return policy. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective, as well as damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the integrity of the product will not be eligible for reimbursement.
  4. For satisfaction refunds on first purchases of large 180 or 300 capsule products, the value of the original presentation of 60 capsules will be refunded.
  5. For satisfaction refunds on first purchases of any Essentials Kit, 50% of its value will be refunded.
  6. If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return you will only be required to pay the difference. If the total cost of the new product is less than the amount of the original purchase, the corresponding amount will be credited for future purchases. Contact our customer service team for further instructions.
  7. If you are not home when the product is delivered, and you do not reschedule delivery or collect your order from a delivery service point we will contact you for further instructions. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or rearrange delivery or collection, new storage costs and other delivery costs will arise that must be covered to receive the purchase.
  8. If you enter incorrect details on your account, including but not limited to, your name, email address, delivery address, and/or card details, OXOMIO does not assume any responsibility for the delivery of your products, and the purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
