Glycoprotein matrix bound GPM™ vitamins and minerals are produced from a nutrient-dense broth that is cultured, converted, and bio-transformed by microorganisms (yeast and/or probiotics). After fermentation, the result is a highly active organic nutrient which has a superior bioavailability and can be easily digested, even without food.
