This is the believing and understanding I have that keeps me motivated to stick to my daily healthy eating.
Having a balanced diet is vital for good health and wellbeing. Food provides energy for our body to grow and function properly. We need a good variety of different foods to provide good health. With this being said, doesn’t mean we need to be on a strict diet to conduct a healthy life. We just need ‘BALANCE’ in our life,which means eating everything with a big variety, in normal doses, for our body to function correctly.
